The Basics

We do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, we do understand that occasionally there may be an instance where you need to return your order.  We hope that’s not the case, but if you do, here's what you need to know.

Our Return Guidelines

  • You have 14 days to return items for a full refund
  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging including any dust bags.
  • Everything needs to be in resaleable condition
  • You must have a receipt/proof of purchase

We Can't Accept Return and Refunds On

  • Used or worn items 
  • Products without tags
  • Custom orders or any item which has been personalised
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items purchased from a wholesale stockist 

If you need to Return an order:

  1. Email us, or get in touch here
  2. Tell us your order number and the reason for the return
  3. You’ll get a confirmation email with the return address
  4. Pack up the order carefully
  5. Ship it back to us. Be sure to send it via a tracked service.
  6. Keep your tracking number

Getting Your Money Back

  • We'll refund your original payment method
  • Refunds take 5-7 days to process
  • You pay for the return shipping
  • Original shipping costs aren't refunded

 

Got Damaged Goods?

Should you receive damaged goods, please let us know within 48 hours.  Please send photos of the damage and we'll email you a return label and sort it out.

Exchanging an Order

You can return your item for a refund and then place a new order.
