We stand behind the quality and durability of our products, that’s why we offer a 365-day guarantee. This means you have peace of mind in your purchase and know how much we believe in our range. Hopefully you'll have no need to use the guarantee, but if you do you can find further information below.

What the Guarantee Covers:

This guarantee covers all defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a full 365 days from the date of original purchase. If your product fails to perform as expected during this period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product at no cost to you
  • Replace the product with an identical or comparable item
  • Provide a refund of your purchase

  • All functional components and materials
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Performance issues under normal use conditions

Conditions and Limitations

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal use wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Aesthetic changes that do not affect product functionality
  • Products used for commercial purposes
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Your Rights:

Shipping & Returns

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What's your return & refund policy?

The Basics

We do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, we do understand that occasionally there may be an instance where you need to return your order.  We hope that’s not the case, but if you do, here's what you need to know.

Our Return Guidelines

  • You have 14 days to return items for a full refund
  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging including any dust bags.
  • Everything needs to be in resaleable condition
  • You must have a receipt/proof of purchase

We Can't Accept Return and Refunds On

  • Used or worn items
  • Products without tags
  • Custom orders or any item which has been personalised
  • Items marked as final sale

If you need to Return an order:

  1. Email us, or get in touch here
  2. Tell us your order number and the reason for the return
  3. You’ll get a confirmation email with the return address
  4. Pack up the order carefully
  5. Ship it back to us. Be sure to send it via a tracked service.
  6. Keep your tracking number

Getting Your Money Back

  • We'll refund your original payment method
  • Refunds take 5-7 days to process
  • You pay for the return shipping
  • Original shipping costs aren't refunded

Got Damaged Goods?

Should you receive damaged goods, please let us know within 48 hours.  Please send photos of the damage and we'll email you a return label and sort it out.

Exchanging an Order

You can return your item for a refund and then place a new order.

Where are your products made?

We take great pride in the quality of our products, so we choose the absolute best suppliers for specific product catagories. Our scarves are all woven in in the UK, in a Yorkshire mill.

Our leather and tweed is produced by a family run business of artisan craftsmen who are based in India and work only with LWG tanneries.

Our POS is all produced in the UK

Do you offer a Gift Wrapping service?

Our products are exquisitely packaged, but we do not include gift wrapping as a standard service. However, if you require help with wrapping for a gift or present, please let us know here and we will make the necessary arrangements.
