How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend where you are in the world. Orders for UK addresses take 5 to 7 business days to arrive.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere between 7 to 16 days.

 

What happens if I Pre-Order?

If you want to Pre-order a product then as soon as the bulk arrives the product will be shipped out to you as a priority.  We do not order huge quantities of products so we recommend you pre-order as it’s the only way to guarantee you won’t miss out.  

 

Do you ship overseas?

And yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping cost apply and will vary depending on the location.  These costs will be added at the checkout.

 

Do you offer a gift wrap service?

Our gift sets are exquisitely packaged, but we do not include gift wrapping a standard service. However, if you require help with wrapping, i.e it’s a gift or a special present please let us know and we can add it onto the order for a small contribution to one of our charity partners.

 

Where are your products made?

 We take great pride in the quality of our products, so we choose the absolute best suppliers for the specific product category. Our scarves are produced Yorkshire, at one of the UK’s last vertical mills.

Our leather and tweed is produced by a small family run factory employing artisan craftsman who are based in India work only with leather working group tanneries

 

Returns

Please send an email to barkworthreeve@gmail.com informing us that you are returning your product/s and why, quoting your full name and original order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email).

We will send you a returns form which you need to complete and return with the product.  The returns form needs to be fully completed.  All goods returned must have your name, order number and reason for return clearly completed on the form.

Package the item carefully and securely, avoiding any damage that could make the item unsaleable (and therefore, not eligible for refund or exchange). Returned goods MUST be unused, with original packaging and labels attached and intact or we will NOT issue a refund.   Make sure that the original order documentation is included in the package so that we have your full name, address and contact details.

Send the parcel via a tracked and insured service, retaining proof of posting for your reference.

If you are returning an item from anywhere outside the EU then you must mark the parcels as 'Returned Goods', or you, the customer, will be liable for any accrued customs charges or VAT which Barkworth Reeve reserves the right to deduct from any refund owed to the customer if a parcel is shipped incorrectly.

Once your item has arrived back with us and is inspected and approved, we will refund your original payment method within 7 working days (excluding shipping charges).

We will credit the card we have on file for you and this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

 

Return and Exchange Terms and Conditions 

 

Items that are in a new and saleable condition with all original paperwork and packaging may be returned for an exchange or refund if they arrive back with us within 14 days of the original purchase date.

We regret that we are unable to accept returned products if they reach us once these deadlines have passed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser (unless the item is faulty), including covering the cost of the return shipment and any duties or customs the package may incur. We recommend that all items are returned to us via a tracked and insured service as Barkworth Reeve cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive, arrive damaged in transit, are misdirected, lost, or arrive late.

In the event that an item purchased directly from the Barkworth Reeve website or show is found to be faulty within a period of six months, Barkworth Reeve reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the item at no additional cost to the customer.

Goods that are returned outside of the above stated returns period and/or are damaged or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
